In order to view some of the language activities in script (eg matching, concentration and columns activities) you may need this free java download: www.java.com/en/index.jsp, click on 'Get it now' and it will download automatically.

If your computer is set up to view script, but Japanese text comes up as symbols in a web page or an email, try the following: When you have loaded the page in Internet Explorer go to View > Encoding > More > Japanese (Auto Select) and the page will refresh with the Japanese characters.
